Communication

  • Discord is my best method of contact. Joining the discord server is free and my DMs are open to members (no friend requests required). My discord status is not indicative of my availability.

  • I will always try to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. I am most likely to respond to messages if I see them before 12pm EST.

Refunds

  • Please note that I am currently operating commission to commission. In order to fulfill a refund, I would need someone to fill your slot. This does not mean I am unwilling to offer a refund, but it does mean it will not be instant.

  • I can refund up to 95% as long as your card is in the "To Do" section of my public queue.

  • If a sketch WIP is provided and you are unhappy with the progress and do not wish to continue, then I can refund 50% upon request. Once the sketch is confirmed, your piece is non-refundable.

  • Please contact me if you wish to discuss a refund. If you force a charge-back without communicating with me you will be blocked and blacklisted.

Wait Time

My turnaround time is 12 weeks max. I have a public queue so you can stay updated without needing to reach out to me. If I have not reached out with an update, then I do not have an update.

Rights

  • I reserve the right to use/post all art I create as examples. I also reserve the right to NOT post a piece on my social media. I do not post every piece and will redirect you to my TOS if asked to post yours. I will also never commercialize your commission (i.e. sell prints/merch).

  • You have Personal Use rights over your commission. This means you may post to social media, use as an icon, make physical items for yourself, etc. You may NOT profit off of my art in any way other than adding the value to the character depicted for resale (no selling prints/merch).

  • If my watermark is not visible when using the piece, please be sure to credit me somewhere (especially with icons).

  • You may NEVER use my art to create AI generated content or NFTs.
